Language Requirements: Confirmation of the primary language(s) for the AI agent, as our platform supports multiple languages.

Existing Support Materials: URLs, FAQs, customer service scripts, or product/service documentation to populate the knowledge base and train the AI on accurate responses. In addition, if you have email or text scripts, share them here.

Key Customer Queries: A list of common questions or issues the AI should address, such as pricing inquiries, troubleshooting steps, or product details.

Brand Guidelines: Information on brand voice, values, or specific phrases to ensure the AI’s responses align with the client’s identity.

If you plan to make cold outbound calls, you will need Twilio phone numbers. You should not make more than 150 calls per number per day to protect your number from getting flagged as Spam/scam likely. We will either use the Twilio numbers that you already have or acquire them for you.

Platform Integrations: Details on any existing systems (e.g., CRM like Salesforce or communication platforms like WhatsApp,) any subscriptions that you may have, such as Calendly or Zoomm.
